KB Excursions Terms & Conditions

Reservation Confirmation and Deposit:

• • • To confirm your reservations, a 25% deposit is required immediately upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the trip is canceled at least thirty (30) days prior to the departure date.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• • • Full payment must be received at least fourteen (14) days before the trip date to avoid cancellation of the charter.
    • Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of service for a full refund.
    • Cancellations received with less than thirty (30) days’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the total charter cost.
    • Cancellations received with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the remaining charter price.
    • Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total cost of charter. No-shows will be billed for the total cost of the trip.

Client Responsibilities:

• • • The client is responsible for all guests and any damages to the vehicle during the charter.
    • Additional fees/overages (e.g., extra mileage, parking, driver’s lodging, fuel surcharges) will be charged to the client.

Delays and Substitutions:

• • • KB Excursions is not responsible for delays due to weather, road conditions, accidents, passenger or group tardiness, or acts of nature.
    • While KB Excursions takes all reasonable measures to ensure the reliability and safety of its vehicles, it is important to note that mechanical issues can occasionally arise despite best efforts. Therefore, KB Excursions shall not be held liable for any delays, inconvenience, or additional costs incurred due to mechanical issues beyond its control.
    • We reserve the right to subcontract from other companies to fulfill this agreement, and delays/substitutions are not subject to refund or discount.

Trip Delays Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances:

• • • Additional charges of $100.00/hour will apply for service beyond twelve
      (12) hours if requested by the group leader.

Damage Policy:

• • • Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the client. Restroom maintenance is performed following every charter; however, any foreign objects found in the holding tank will incur an automatic fee.
    • KB Excursions reserves the right to terminate any ride due to illegal activity, including but not limited to the use of illegal substances, indecent exposure, etc., with no refund.

Firearms Prohibition:

• • • Firearms, including but not limited to guns, rifles, and ammunition, are strictly prohibited on all KB Excursions vehicles. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Propane/Gasoline Prohibition:

• • • No propane tanks and gasoline are allowed on the coaches. Generators are permitted but must be empty of gas. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations. Furthermore, participants may make their own arrangements at their destinations for any equipment or supplies that are not permitted on the coaches.

Passenger Conduct:

• • • The driver reserves the right to terminate all service, without refund, if any passenger(s) violate any of these conditions, behave in a dangerous manner, or break any laws.

Smoking and Prohibited Items:

• • • Smoking is prohibited on all vehicles. Food and drink are allowed, with the exception of certain items that may cause stains or damage.

Lost Articles:

• • • KB Excursions is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle at any time.

Price Adjustment:

• • • Prices quoted in the confirmation may be subject to change under certain circumstances, but will not increase by more than twenty percent (20%).

Fuel Price Adjustment:

• • • If the price of diesel fuel increases by more than twenty percent (20%) between the confirmation date and the charter date, prices may be adjusted accordingly.

Regulatory Changes:

• • • If there are changes in federal, state, or local laws/regulations that require modifications to the charter or result in additional expenses for the Company, prices may be adjusted accordingly.
