What Types of Tours Do You Offer?
At this time, KB Excursions does not offer tours. However, we specialize in providing transportation services for various events, including weddings, corporate outings, airport transfers, and more. Our fleet of luxury coaches ensures a comfortable and reliable transportation experience for your special occasion or event.
How Do I Book a Coach?

What Luxury Features Are the Coaches Equipped With?

Are Meals Provided on the Coach?
Meals are not included by KB Excursions, but we do allow snacks. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages on board. Please clean up after yourself to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
Can Meal Stops and/or Breaks Be Made?
Yes, we can make meal stops if planned ahead of time. Please inform us of any meal stops upon booking your trip. If you know of a planned stop for a break please let us know ahead of time, but we will be flexible if an unplanned break is needed.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific tour package and booking details. Generally, cancellations made within a certain time frame prior to the tour date are eligible for a full or partial refund, while cancellations made closer to the tour date may incur fees. How Far in Advance Should I Book a Coach?
We recommend booking your coach as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we also accept last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
What Size Groups Can You Accommodate?
All our tour buses have a seating capacity of 54-56 passengers.
Do You Offer Custom or Private Travel?
Absolutely! We can accommodate custom and private tours tailored to your specific preferences, interests, and requirements. Whether you’re planning a corporate outing, a school trip, a family reunion, or any other special event, we can follow any itinerary.
Is There Parking Available at Your Departure Location?
If you will be departing from a park and ride, parking is available at our departure locations for customers who choose to drive to the starting point of the trip.
What Safety Measures Do You Have in Place?
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our passengers and staff. Our tour buses undergo regular maintenance checks to ensure they are in optimal condition for travel. Our drivers are professionally trained and certified, and we adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities.
Can I Bring Luggage or Personal Items on the Bus?
Yes, you are welcome to bring small carry-on items such as backpacks, purses, and cameras on the coach. For larger luggage items, there is a large storage compartment below the bus that can accommodate such things as band equipment, hockey gear, luggage, etc… We suggest for overnight trips, you pack as you would when flying.
Are Your Coaches Wheelchair Accessible?
While our tour buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps, we do provide step stools to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
What Happens if There Is Inclement Weather on the Day of the Tour?
In the event of inclement weather, we closely monitor the situation and work to accommodate any adjustments to your tour itinerary or schedule to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers. Communication is key in these situations! We will keep you informed of any changes as well as ask that you do the same, and we will work to provide options for rescheduling or refunds if necessary.
Do You Provide Transportation for Special Events or Occasions?
Yes, we provide transportation services for a wide range of special events and occasions, including weddings, school trips, conventions, sporting events, plays, museums, wineries, and more.
Can I Bring My Bicycle or Outdoor Equipment on the Tour Bus?
Bicycles and large outdoor equipment may not be permitted on the tour bus due to space limitations and safety considerations. Please contact us in advance if you need to bring oversized or bulky items on the tour, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do You Transport School Groups or Educational Organizations?
Yes, we drive many educational tours and field trips for school groups and educational organizations.
Do You Ooffer Tours for Individuals with Special Needs or Disabilities?
Yes, we strive to accommodate individuals with special needs or disabilities to the best of our ability. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements or accommodations needed, and we will do our utmost to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable tour experience for all participants.

Do You Offer Multi-day Trips or Overnight Trips?
Yes, we offer multi-day trips and overnight trips to various destinations across the country.
Can I Bring Pets on the Coach?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our tour buses, with the exception of certified service animals that assist passengers with disabilities.
Are Gratuities Included in the Coach Price?
Gratuities for drivers are not incorporated into the coach price. While tipping is discretionary, it is warmly welcomed if you are pleased with the service the driver provided.
Can I Bring Alcoholic Beverages on the Coach?
Alcoholic beverages are permitted on our tour buses with the expectation that all guests drink responsibly. However, glass bottles or large coolers that cannot fit between the seats are not permitted.
Are Propane Tanks Allowed on the Coach?
No propane tanks or gasoline is allowed on the coaches. Generators are permitted but must be empty of gas. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations. Furthermore, participants may make their own arrangements at their destinations for any equipment or supplies that are not permitted on the coaches.
Can I Request a Specific Driver for My Group?
While we cannot guarantee the availability of specific drivers, we will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Please let us know if you have a preferred driver, and we will make every effort to assign them to your group if available.
What Safety Measures Are in Place for COVID-19?
In response to COVID-19, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols on our tour buses. While masks are not mandatory, they are welcomed.
Are There Restroom Facilities on the Tour Bus?
All of our tour buses are equipped with onboard restroom facilities for the convenience of our passengers.
Can I Bring Electronic Devices Such as Laptops or Tablets on the Bus?
Yes, you are welcome to bring electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, or smartphones on the bus. However, please be mindful of your fellow passengers and avoid causing disruptions or distractions.
Can I Smoke or Vape on the Tour Bus?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on our tour buses, in accordance with local regulations and to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers. We appreciate your cooperation.
What Happens if I Need to Leave the Trip Early or Miss an Activity?
If you need to leave the tour early or miss a scheduled activity, please notify your tour guide as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made if necessary. Please note that you would have to work with your tour/group director for any possible refund or compensation.
Do You Offer Discounts for Repeat Customers or Loyalty Programs?
While we have a fixed rate for charters determined by our trip software, we always strive to accommodate our loyal repeat guests by exploring potential cost-saving measures whenever possible.
Can I Bring My Own Car Seat or Booster Seat for My Child?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own car seat or booster seat for your child if you prefer. Please ensure that the car seat or booster seat complies with safety regulations and can be securely installed on our tour bus seats.
What Happens if There's a Mechanical Issue/Breakdown on the Trip?
In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue or breakdown during the tour, our experienced drivers and staff will work quickly to resolve the situation and minimize any inconvenience to our passengers. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations, and we will make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers.
What Happens if I Have a Medical Emergency or Need Assistance During the Trip?
In the event of a medical emergency or if you require assistance during the trip, please notify your tour guide or driver immediately. Our staff are trained to handle emergency situations and will provide assistance and support as needed, including arranging for medical attention if necessary.
What Happens if I Lose or Forget Something on the Tour Bus?
• If you lose or forget something on the tour bus, please contact us at 414- 882-0634 as soon as possible to report the lost item. Our staff will make every effort to locate and arrange for pick up of lost items whenever possible.
