We will embark on a Farm to Table Wagon Tour at New Life Lavender Farm!
During the tour, you’ll see firsthand how sustainable agriculture works – what is grown in the ground goes through a process to reach the kitchen table or their handcrafted skincare products.
Your tour Includes:
- A short video presentation
- A guided tour of our lavender fields, beekeeping, and pet/feed the sheep & calves, learn about the distillation process
- A wagon ride around our 40 acres, enjoying a lavender macaron and a cup of strawberry lavender lemonade
- 8-acres of Wildflower Sanctuary for Bees and Butterflies to enjoy
- A farm store full of handcrafted lavender skincare products and culinary delights to peruse afterwards

Afterward, enjoy a mouthwatering plated lunch at Driftless Glen Distillery in Baraboo, WI.
Main plate options include:
- BBQ Chicken Sandwich
- Cheddar Burger
- Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Plates are served with your choice of Asian slaw, fresh fruit, or potato salad and come with a pickle and the option of soda, coffee, or tea.
After dining we will take a guided tour of the Baraboo facility where we will follow the path that the award-winning spirits take in their lifetime: from grain to the mash and fermentation tanks, stills to the barrels, the rack house to the bottling facility, and more. This behind-the-scenes adventure is both informative and fun. The tour starts with Renee Olive Oil and Balsamic samplings and ends with a sample of five different Driftless Glen spirits and a commemorative tasting glass to take home!
